Preserve Omaha's The Jo(h)ns and Jeremy are at it again! You have seen them at the Joslyn Castle hosting workshops on concrete, tile, plaster, drywall and wood doors. Now, they are going on a road trip to Historic South O, and you're invited! Get your hands dirty and learn how to preserve your own original windows at the Preserve Omaha Window Workshop on Saturday, May 30, 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Our workshop will be hosted at the historic 1920s brick beauty located at 1719 S. 16th Street. Attendees will get hands-on experience by taking apart and repairing four original double-hung windows. Participants will learn all the skills necessary for window restoration, including: window stop and sash removal and reinstallation, weatherstripping and sash cord replacement, sash repair, scraping, painting, and glass, points, and glazing compound installation.

Lunch is included with your ticket. Due to the hands-on nature of this workshop, space is extremely limited. Don't delay - enroll today!
