You won't want to miss this exclusive look at the Gustave Epeneter House, located at 502 North 40th Street, Omaha, NE, on September 19, 2024, 5:30-7:30 PM. This stunning home was designed to showcase the extraordinary metalwork of Epeneter’s company, Eagle Cornice Works. Among its many distinctive features are a galvanized iron balustrade on the roof and a stamped metal frieze that runs along the ceiling of the living room. Thanks to meticulous restoration efforts, many of these remarkable details have been preserved, and the house's original third-floor ballroom is a sight to behold.
